In this time of rushing and multitasking, finding time to honor the natural, passive rhythm of life is an act of self-love. This workshop is an invitation to intentionally move toward calm and tranquility, using powerful tools like breathing work (pranayama) and exploring how the nervous system helps us to find balance.
